Moose Creek Burger ~ A blend of Ground Beef and Pork - Char-grilled and topped with blended cheese & served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pickles.    

 

North Park Burger ~ For the hungry appetite, two blended patties with bacon and blended cheese, served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. 

 

The Wild One ~ Our own blends of top quality beef, elk, pork, sweet onion, and garlic

with our blend of cheeses, and served deluxe.

 

Ranch Hand Cheeseburger ~ 1 lb of pure ground beef – topped with blended cheeses and served with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.

 

The Bleu Buffalo Burger ~ This is our newest addition, genuine North Park Buffalo, grilled and smothered with bleu cheese crumbles, served deluxe.

 

Border Burger ~ A 1/3 lb all beef burger grilled and finished with a peeled whole chili,& swiss cheese served with lettuce, and pickle,

 

Chili Cheese Burger ~ An all beef burger served with cheese and red or green chili, and topped with diced onions, lettuce and tomatoes.

 

The Firehouse Burger ~ A 1/3 pound all beef patty with jalapeño peppers, grilled onions and mushrooms, swiss cheese, with lettuce and pickles.

 

Sirloin Steak ~ A chargrilled sirloin, cooked to perfection,

 

 

Ranch Ribeye ~ A 10 ounce rib eye steak served sizzling off our open flame charcoal grill.

Ground Steak ~ Our special blend of elk, beef and pork, smothered in brown gravy with grilled onions and mushrooms. 

 

Shrimp Dinner ~ 6 breaded shrimp deep fried and served  with coleslaw.

Fish Wrap ~ Fosters Lager Battered Cod, and bacon with lettuce and tomato in a tomato basil tortilla.

Chicken BLT ~ A grilled breast of chicken, and bacon with lettuce and tomatoes on sourdough bread. 

Buffalo Chicken Wrap ~ Tender Chicken fingers coated with buffalo wing sauce, served with onions, lettuce, and pickle. 

 

Philly Steak n' Cheese Wrap ~ Tender roast beef wrapped in a tortilla with sautéed peppers and onions, and a blend of cheeses.

Grizzly Creek Scramble ~ Diced ham, green peppers, tomatoes and onions scrambled with three eggs, served over hashbrowns, and topped with melted blended cheeses and green chili. Served with salsa.

  

Huevos Rancheros ~ Tortillas layered with refried beans, green chili and cheese,  then topped with two eggs any style.  Served with hashbrowns.
